I had a pretty noticeable dorsal hump, so I had surgery with Dr. Eun Kyu Choi, and I’m currently 1 month post-op.

I’ve wanted to get rhinoplasty ever since I was young, but I never had the courage. After seeing reviews from people with noses similar to mine on an app, I finally gained the confidence to go for it. Surprisingly, I had way less swelling and bruising than I expected — I honestly wish I had done it sooner 

Since I didn’t know much about plastic surgery, the consultation was the most important part for me. I showed the doctor some reference photos of the nose I wanted, and he explained thoroughly what methods and materials would be used. He also clearly explained everything I didn’t understand, which was so much more helpful than trying to search online.

For my hump, I had osteotomy done, plus an implant on the bridge, and autologous cartilage for the tip. Since I also had a bulbous tip, I got bulbous tip correction as well. After surgery, the clinic provided swelling care and IV nutrient therapy, and I really appreciated how attentive the after-care was.

It hasn’t even been that long since the surgery, but I already love my new nose line, and the hump that used to bother me is now completely gone — so smooth and clean!
