Breast
I wanted a fuller, more voluminous chest, so I got breast augmentation…

During the consultation, I told the doctor that I wanted a noticeably bigger size within what suits my body frame. He recommended around 310cc on each side, which would give me about a D-cup in the sizes we’re familiar with. So I chose Mentor Extra 310cc for both breasts!
I also got to feel the different implants, and in terms of shape and softness, Mentor Extra felt like the best choice for me.
I was curious about the difference between Mentor Smooth and Mentor Extra. The Smooth type has a soft, smooth surface with a natural feel and movement after surgery. Mentor Extra also has a smooth surface, but with rounder edges, and after surgery, the movement and texture feel even more natural—more like real breast tissue.
Mentor Smooth tends to have a lower fill ratio, while Mentor Extra’s fill ratio is higher. Considering shape retention, feel, and safety, I felt Mentor Extra would be the best option for me!
Because I wear sleeveless tops a lot in the summer, I chose the inframammary fold incision rather than the armpit incision.
I wore my supportive bra and upper-band strap for about two months, and honestly—getting surgery before summer was the best decision ever. Urban also has a very safe system in place, and the fact that they allow patients to view the OR CCTV gave me a lot of peace of mind.
For scar management, the clinic guided me well, and I received laser treatments and used scar cream consistently. Thanks to that, I healed quickly without issues like capsular contracture.
It’s been a little over 10 months now, and I’m so satisfied with the shape and volume
