For the procedure, I had correction for bulbosity, with silicone for the bridge and autologous cartilage for the tip. When the splint was removed, I immediately felt like the straight, sleek profile looked clean and sophisticated.

Because my bulbous tip was quite severe, the fact that I now have a defined bridge and a sharp, structured tip is already a huge improvement. The tip, especially, is what I’m most satisfied with.

The smooth transition from the bridge to the tip created that straight-line look I really wanted, and the result reflects exactly what we discussed during the consultation. It’s only been two weeks, so I still have some swelling between the eyes, but I’m working on reducing it.

Overall, I’m incredibly happy with the outcome—it really does have that celebrity-style look I wanted.
