6-Week Post-Op Breast Augmentation Update!

I’m currently 6 weeks post-op from my breast augmentation!
I really wanted a clinic that had an anesthesiologist present at all times and offered CCTV access to the operating room, and that’s how I ended up choosing Urban Plastic Surgery.
I’m 154cm / 42kg and was an AA-cup before surgery. I got Mentor Smooth implants, 325cc on one side and 300cc on the other. Right now, I think they look about a C-cup!
Because I use my arms a lot for work, I decided to go with the inframammary incision for safety.
The doctor also recommended Mentor implants, and after touching different types myself, I immediately thought, “Yep… this is it.” With an experienced surgeon guiding me through implant type and incision choice, everything felt very reassuring.
It’s only been 6 weeks, so there’s still a bit of swelling and firmness, but visually I’m already really happy with the shape. The doctor also told me not to worry about volume and contour since everything was matched to my frame, so I’m just comfortably going in for after-care.
The sensation hasn’t fully returned yet, but it’s already much better compared to the beginning. At first, when I lay down, the implant shape stayed stiff, but now it’s gradually settling and softening.
They’re starting to feel more and more like my own breasts, which I love.
And the cleavage… When I wear a tank top now, it’s seriously amazing. As a woman, my confidence has boosted so much. Just having something there when there used to be nothing—it makes every day feel happier!
