Breast
I finally decided to get breast augmentation after a lot of thinking!

I’d always admired fuller chests, and as a woman, my confidence had been dropping because of it. So after much consideration, I decided to go ahead with breast augmentation.
I asked the doctor to make them as large as possible within what suits my frame, and after consultation, we decided on Mentor Smooth 400cc on each side. For the incision, I was torn between the inframammary fold and the armpit, but I heard that with the armpit incision, the scar blends into the natural crease and isn’t very noticeable, so I chose the armpit approach.
Plus, knowing that there’s always an anesthesiologist present and that the clinic uses a real-name system in the operating room helped me feel even more safe!
I wore the upper band and compression bra continuously. It was uncomfortable at first, but since it’s for the sake of shaping the breast well, it was definitely manageable.
During my follow-up visits, the doctor complimented how well the lower breast line had settled, which reassured me even more. For after-care, I received CAP (capsule prevention) treatments and radio frequency therapy, and thanks to their detailed care, I didn’t have issues with capsular contracture.
Oh, and for about the first three days after surgery, raising my arms was very difficult. Around 7–10 days post-op, I was already able to wash my hair on my own.
Recovery speed definitely varies from person to person, so take this as just a reference!
