People around me keep saying, “Why didn’t you get rhinoplasty earlier?” lol.

My nose used to be low, wide, bulbous, and I even had a hump, so it was basically a combination of all the things I hated. I’ve always dreamed of getting rhinoplasty, but as the tip got fatter toward the bottom, I honestly wondered if one surgery could really fix it.

Male rhinoplasty isn’t super common, so finding a clinic and a surgeon who specialize in male noses was another challenge 

I heard that the chief director specialized in rhinoplasty, so I booked a consultation as soon as possible. I met with Dr. Eun Kyu Choi, and just like the reviews said, he had such deep expertise and pointed out issues from my bulbous tip to the hump very thoroughly, so I felt confident enough to proceed with the surgery.

We corrected the bulbous tip as the foundation, shaved down the hump through osteotomy, and used silicone and ear cartilage. I also had alar reduction done.

My bulbous tip was really severe, so I wondered if it would truly slim down—but as expected from someone as well-known as him, it got fixed beautifully in just one surgery. And once the swelling went down, the hump that used to stick out on the bridge completely disappeared—like magic

The tip used to look wide and spread out, but now it’s defined and lifted nicely. Combined with alar reduction, it honestly feels like Dr. Choi cast a spell. The shape looks clean and fits my face so well.

My skin is thick and oily, so I was worried about noticeable scarring, but I ended up with none—and everything healed very naturally. I’m at 5 weeks post-op now, so there’s still a bit of swelling, but the doctor said it’ll disappear naturally with time as I go about my daily life.

I love the height of the bridge, but most of all, the shape looks straight and balanced. I really hope it stays exactly like this once the swelling fully settles
