Revision Rhinoplasty after 4 Years

I had my first nose surgery at a local clinic about 4 years ago,
but even after time passed, there was barely any improvement in my bulbous tip,
and the bridge still looked too low… it bothered me so much ㅠ
On top of that, the nasal tip seemed to droop more and more,
so I finally decided to get revision surgery.
It had been a while since I looked into clinics,
so I went back to square one — researching which surgeons were skilled
and what kind of nose designs were trending.
This time, I only made a list of clinics in Gangnam,
where the most reputable and experienced surgeons are concentrated.
Among them, the doctor who evaluated my nose the most thoroughly
was Dr. Eun Kyu Choi at Urban Plastic Surgery.
I wanted a more glamorous look —
a straight-to-half-moon style nose line while improving the bulbous tip.
To achieve that, he recommended raising the bridge,
osteotomy for the bulbous tip,
and alar reduction together,
so I proceeded with the revision.
Now my bridge has a beautiful height,
and because the nasal tip was reinforced with autologous rib cartilage,
it sits higher and gives my once-short nose proper balance and dimension.
Since it was revision surgery,
I expected more pain and swelling,
but surprisingly I felt great,
and the clinic took excellent care of me post-op.
By visiting consistently, I recovered steadily and safely.
I finally feel like I won’t have to get another nose surgery again,
and that gives me so much relief!
